Return Policy
We have a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request the aforementioned. You are required to provide proof (such as photos or videos). Once the returned product is verified and approved, we will process your return or exchange promptly.
Free Replacement Policy
If a product is damaged due to courier mishandling or you receive the wrong item, and you report the issue within 7 days of delivery, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.
Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: The item arrives damaged or becomes unusable due to a manufacturing defect or courier mishandling.
- Wrong Product Delivered: You receive an item different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics and gift cards without any valid reason due to certain limitations.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
